Choose a package
Every service is broken into a small number of fixed scopes with published prices. You pick the one closest to the job in front of you — you are not committing to it yet.
If you are between two packages, choose the smaller one. We will move you up if the photos call for it.

Send photos
Two photos are usually enough: one close-up and one showing the whole room. We check the size, the surface and the access, then confirm the scope and lock the price in writing.
This is what replaces the estimate visit. Nobody needs to come to your house to give you a number.

Pick an arrival window
Choose a three-hour window. We hold it while your photos are reviewed — usually under two business hours — and it is only confirmed once you have agreed the final scope.
A vetted technician arrives inside that window with the right materials to finish in one visit.

Before you send anything
Why do you not do estimate visits?
Because they cost money that ends up in the price, and they take an afternoon of your time. We only offer work that can be scoped accurately from a photograph, which is what lets us publish prices instead of quoting them.
When do I pay?
After the work is done. Nothing is charged when you submit the request. We confirm the scope from your photos, you agree the total, the technician completes the job, and you are invoiced then.
What if my photos show something different?
We send you the correct package to approve before the appointment is confirmed. If the job falls outside our fixed-price scope entirely, we tell you and decline it rather than starting work we cannot finish at the published price.
Who actually turns up?
A vetted, insured subcontractor working to Fixed Home's scope, materials list and finish standard. Your agreement is with Fixed Home, so if anything needs putting right you deal with us.
Do you cover my part of Ottawa?
We book postal codes across Ottawa beginning K1, K2 and K4, which covers Barrhaven, Kanata, Orléans, Nepean, Westboro, Hintonburg and the surrounding areas. Enter your postal code at the review step and we will confirm immediately.
