Tight exclusions are what keep the price fixed. If your job falls outside them we say so before you book, not once we are in your home.

Answered before you book
Do you repair the frame as well as the mesh?
A lightly bent corner can be reset with the frame-repair add-on. Cracked, split or heavily corroded frames need replacement and fall outside this package.
What mesh is included?
Standard charcoal fibreglass insect mesh is included. Choose the pet-resistant upgrade for every screen that needs heavier mesh.
Why are photos required?
Photos replace the estimate visit. They confirm the scope so the technician arrives with the right materials and the published price still stands.
Who performs the work?
A vetted, insured subcontractor working to Fixed Home's scope and finish standard. Your agreement is with Fixed Home.
What happens if the scope is different?
We contact you with the correct package before the appointment is confirmed. No scope changes are raised on the day.
