Tight exclusions are what keep the price fixed. If your job falls outside them we say so before you book, not once we are in your home.
- No customer-supplied mounts that are not rated for the item
- No electrical outlet installation
- No plaster, lath or unknown wall build-ups
- No mounting above a working fireplace

Answered before you book
Do I need to supply the TV mount or shelf hardware?
Yes. The mount or product-specific brackets must be on site and rated for the item's size and weight. We supply standard structural fasteners where appropriate.
Can you hide the cables inside the wall?
Choose the in-wall cable add-on for low-voltage HDMI and data cables in a suitable drywall-over-stud wall. New power outlets and electrical wiring require a licensed electrician.
Why are photos required?
Photos replace the estimate visit. They confirm the scope so the technician arrives with the right materials and the published price still stands.
Who performs the work?
A vetted, insured subcontractor working to Fixed Home's scope and finish standard. Your agreement is with Fixed Home.
What happens if the scope is different?
We contact you with the correct package before the appointment is confirmed. No scope changes are raised on the day.
