Tight exclusions are what keep the price fixed. If your job falls outside them we say so before you book, not once we are in your home.

Answered before you book
How soon can I use the tub or shower?
Keep the new silicone dry for 24 hours after the visit. We leave the area clean and clearly mark when it is ready to use.
Do you caulk over the old bead?
No. Failed caulk is cut out completely, the joint is cleaned and dried, and the replacement silicone is applied to the prepared surface.
Why are photos required?
Photos replace the estimate visit. They confirm the scope so the technician arrives with the right materials and the published price still stands.
Who performs the work?
A vetted, insured subcontractor working to Fixed Home's scope and finish standard. Your agreement is with Fixed Home.
What happens if the scope is different?
We contact you with the correct package before the appointment is confirmed. No scope changes are raised on the day.
