Tight exclusions are what keep the price fixed. If your job falls outside them we say so before you book, not once we are in your home.
- No supply of blinds, tracks or curtains
- No motorised or hard-wired systems
- No windows above stairwells or over 12 feet
- No custom cutting of blind widths

Answered before you book
Do you supply the blinds, tracks or curtain poles?
No. This service installs customer-supplied products. Please have every bracket and product-specific fitting on site before the appointment.
What if a blind is the wrong width?
We confirm the opening and product dimensions from your photos, but we do not cut blinds to width. An incorrectly sized product must be exchanged before installation.
Why are photos required?
Photos replace the estimate visit. They confirm the scope so the technician arrives with the right materials and the published price still stands.
Who performs the work?
A vetted, insured subcontractor working to Fixed Home's scope and finish standard. Your agreement is with Fixed Home.
What happens if the scope is different?
We contact you with the correct package before the appointment is confirmed. No scope changes are raised on the day.
