Answered before you book
Will the repair be invisible?
The surface will be flat, smooth and primed, so it disappears once painted. Without paint you will still see the primed area as a lighter patch. Existing paint fades and changes sheen over time, so an exact match on an unpainted wall is not something we promise.
Is painting included?
Primer over the repaired area is included in every package. Finish paint is not, because matching your existing colour reliably needs your paint. Add the paint option and leave the tin out on the day, and we will apply it over the repair.
Why are photos required?
Photos are what let us skip the estimate visit. They confirm the hole size, the surface type and the access, which is everything we need to send the right technician with the right materials and to stand behind the price we published.
What if the damage is larger?
We tell you before the appointment, not on the day. If your photos show a bigger repair, we send you the correct package to approve. If it is beyond 24 × 24 inches we decline the job rather than start work we cannot finish at a fixed price.
Who performs the work?
A vetted drywall subcontractor who works to our scope, our materials list and our finish standard. They are insured and reference-checked before they take a single Fixed Home job.
What happens if the scope is different?
You approve any change in writing before the visit is confirmed. Nobody arrives at your door and asks you to sign for more work. If we get it wrong after that point, the difference is ours, not yours.
