Eligibility and exclusions
These boundaries keep the price honest. If your job falls outside them, we tell you before you book—not once someone is in your home.
- No kitchen, bathroom or built-in cabinet installation
- No hard-wired, gas-connected or plumbing-connected products
- No custom cutting, modification or missing replacement parts
- No cribs, bunk beds, wall beds or exercise equipment
- No items requiring more than two people to lift safely
- No relocation of existing heavy furniture between floors

How do you confirm the price before arriving?
The product link or model number shows the item, manufacturer instructions and expected assembly time. If the item falls outside the selected package, we tell you before confirming the visit.
Can you anchor furniture to the wall?
Yes, when the manufacturer provides an anchoring kit and the wall is a supported surface we accept. We do not improvise anchors for unsuitable walls or missing product hardware.
Why are photos required?
Photos replace the estimate visit. They confirm the scope so the technician arrives with the right materials and the published price still stands.
Who performs the work?
A vetted, insured Fixed Home technician working to our scope and finish standard. You deal with Fixed Home from booking through the workmanship guarantee.
What happens if the scope is different?
We contact you with the correct package before the appointment is confirmed. No scope changes are raised on the day.
