Tight exclusions are what keep the price fixed. If your job falls outside them we say so before you book, not once we are in your home.

Will new seals make the door harder to close?
They should create firm, even compression without forcing the latch. We adjust the fit and check the door operation before leaving.
Can you fix a door that rubs or will not latch?
Minor hinge and strike-plate adjustment is available as an add-on. A warped slab, rotten frame or door that will not close is outside this fixed-price service.
Why are photos required?
Photos replace the estimate visit. They confirm the scope so the technician arrives with the right materials and the published price still stands.
Who performs the work?
A vetted, insured subcontractor working to Fixed Home's scope and finish standard. Your agreement is with Fixed Home.
What happens if the scope is different?
We contact you with the correct package before the appointment is confirmed. No scope changes are raised on the day.
