Eligibility and exclusions
These boundaries keep the price honest. If your job falls outside them, we tell you before you book—not once someone is in your home.
- No colour matching or paint-selection guarantee
- No full-room, trim, door or cabinet painting
- No active moisture, mould, peeling surfaces or recurring cracks
- No plaster, textured walls or popcorn ceilings
- No damage larger than four inches

The Fixed Home Promise
If our workmanship fails within 12 months, we come back and put it right at no charge. You deal with Fixed Home throughout — not with an individual technician on your own.

Your agreement is with Fixed Home. If something needs fixing you contact us, not the individual who did the work, and we arrange the return visit.

We confirm the scope from your photos and lock the total in writing. No technician raises the price at your door.

Experience, identity, references and insurance checked, then held to our scope, documentation and finish standard on every job.
- We decline work we cannot do well
If your photos show a job outside our fixed-price scope we say so and step away, rather than starting something we cannot finish properly.

Answered before you book
Will a touch-up disappear completely?
Not always. Existing paint changes with age, light and cleaning, so even the original colour can flash at some angles. We apply your labelled matching paint carefully but do not promise an invisible colour match.
Do you supply the paint?
You select the exact colour and sheen. Leave the paint on site, or choose the pickup add-on after sending us the product details.
Why are photos required?
Photos replace the estimate visit. They confirm the scope so the technician arrives with the right materials and the published price still stands.
Who performs the work?
A vetted, insured Fixed Home technician working to our scope and finish standard. You deal with Fixed Home from booking through the workmanship guarantee.
What happens if the scope is different?
We contact you with the correct package before the appointment is confirmed. No scope changes are raised on the day.
